We want every DvTei purchase to bring you complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, the item doesn’t suit you, you can request a return or an exchange.

Conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in new condition, unused, with all hardware and packaging preserved.
  • A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Exchange:

  • You can exchange an item for a different model or color.
  • If there is a price difference, you will either need to pay the balance or receive a refund for the difference.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to your bank account within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Return or exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

Important:

  • Custom-made items and products with signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.
